Who is Oliver Mbamara? Oliver Mbamara is from Nigeria, West Africa. As a lawyer, he practiced law in the early nineties in Nigeria before moving to the United States where he is now an Administrative Law Judge with the State of New York. Oliver's flair for the arts became evident at a very tender age when he began performing on stage for his school at kindergarten. By 1990, he was writing and performing in the fields of poetry, drama, and comedy. Today he is published in these fields. His writing career flourished in the early nineties while he was a member of the 'Prime Circle Theatre Group' in Nigeria. He wrote several scripts for the group and performed in most of them as they toured various cities in the country. Oliver's anthology span's the entire field of literary and practical work. He is a writer driven by enthusiasm and circumstance rather than convenience, a performer encouraged by the love of the theater rather than remuneration, and a jurist that makes a living by serving in his profession. Oliver is also an independent producer, a columnist, and a freelance writer with columns and articles in several newspapers, magazines, journals, and websites.
